Organize and facilitate one educational opportunity each year. Done. I have taught at over 10 Cella weekends, at two Hallows Gatherings, and at three or four Priestess Gatherings. I've co-organized two Cella weekends, had complete responsibility for one Cella weekend, and co-organized two Cella Intensives.

Work on regional, national and international Congregation activities.

National and International:

• I worked at the Motherhouse (Of a Like Mind networking and other responsibilities).
• I did research about soil types (especially whether or not the "peat" presented a fire risk) for the Grove. I also gathered info about options for building a stone wall around the proposed sacred circle.
• I brought in air and the powers of the east at the Grove dedication ritual and acted as the organizational point of contact at a Grove work day.
• I urged RCGI leadership to use letter-writing campaigns for fun(d)raising, and these have been used successfully several times since then.
• I initiated the raffles that have become successful fun(d)raisers for RCGI.
• I was responsible for the opening and closing rituals of an RCGI Priestess Gathering.
• I provided commentary on the second edition of the Cella Training Program Workbook. One of my major proposals has been incorporated into the program -- to have Cella students declare their interest in ordination at the end of Cycle II, to give plenty of time for student, advisor, and advising council to communicate about and work on any obstacles to the ordination.
• I co-organized two Cella Intensives.
• I provided information and offered encouragement and assistance to get an RCGI website going.
• I taught conflict resolution at a Priestess Gathering.
• I taught Storytelling at a Hallows Gathering.
• I taught ritual drumming and was the Drum Guardian for the Ordination Rituals at several of the Priestess Gatherings.

Regional

• I co-founded the MORS committee and was responsible for some of the local programming for RCGI-Local.
• I facilitated the Saturday night ritual and costume party festivities at an RCGI Hallows Gathering.
• I co-founded Matrilocal Circle, a consecrated circle of RCGI.
• I organized and/or co-organized three Cella weekends.
• I taught various classes for Matrilocal Circle, a consecrated circle of RCGI.
• I helped organize and/or teach at retreats and other educational venues, including the women's drum circle for RCGI's local guardian programming.
