What I've Learned About Myself and My Goddess Work from My Cella Activities

The best summary of what I've learned about myself and about my Goddess work is this website. Please read it and send me questions or comments, if you have any. For the short version, though, I have these comments.

Myself

My Goddess Work
  1. I'm intuitive, intelligent, creative, committed and energetic.
  2. I'm in love with the Goddess and with the possibility of a world that is woman-, life-, earth-, and spirit-positive.
  3. I care deeply about justice, fair play, and doing the right thing. The best way to express this caring, I've learned, is to focus on these things in me and to be judicious about working on them elsewhere.
  4. I'm not a good judge of character. Sticks and stones may or may not break my bones, but words will surely hurt me.
  5. I have an incredibly sensitive "bullshit" meter and can get entirely too unbalanced by the presence of bullshit. In fact, I have a kneejerk reaction to bullshit (my kneejerk doesn't limit itself exclusively to bullshit).. My Cella activities and experiences made me aware of this and encouraged me to find ways to unlearn and diminish it. (see #3 above)
  6. I am a worthy expression of the divine.
  7. I am a psychic magnet. People tend to be decidedly attracted to me, or decidedly repelled by me. Sometimes there's that intense dance that happens when same poles come into proximity. Whatever the case, I've learned to use better judgment and to accept what is.
  8. I'm in love with the natural world and have learned to let it be my healer.
  9. I'm an eternal student/learner, a mystic and scholar-teacher. I've learned that asking really good questions is the key to getting really juicy, helpful, marvelous answers.
  10. I'm a gamma, which means I can lead or follow as a situation requires. It also means that I'm motivated by ideas and values, not personalities and politics.
  11. I love working collaboratively on projects, and I also relish time alone working on my own projects.
  1. She has called to do the work She made me capable of doing.
  2. She's helped me wade through personality and politics to discover my authentic work.
  3. Following my bliss (experiencing joy, pleasure and play) provides reliable guidance about the nature of one's own right work. I can teach this by example and more formally.
  4. Creativity is the life-force energy. There is no excess in creativity. Indulging my creativity is responding to the call of the Goddess.
  5. My naturally de-centered leadership style is a viable model of leadership, one needed for the good of women and the planet.
  6. My primary priestess job is to make available to whoever seeks it knowledge about Her, and to empower others, through example and teaching, to develop relationships with Her.
  7. My most valuable gift is to see the overlooked, notice the flaw and work to fix it, speak the unspoken -- in other words, to make the circle truly whole.
  8. My search for guidance about my Goddess work led me to produce this website (and others). The end of my Cella studies is not the end of my webwork in Her service.
  9. My partner named me Arachnopriestess. Hers is the voice of the Goddess
  10. My job, given to me in sacred ritual, is to know what is at the root of me, to speak my truth, and to frame it well.
  11. The nature of my Goddess work is a path that unfolds before me as I do my spiritual practice. I trust Her lead.
