- Get grounded however you do that. Root your body in your chair. Feel your feet on the floor and extend your consciousness below the floor, below the foundation of the building you're sitting in, down into the soil, rock and groundwater -- deep down into the mother, Earth.
- Ask Her to join you in this consciousness. Take the time to thank Her for the gift of life, and for other gifts as you feel inspired. Acknowledge your gratitude for guidance received in the past.
- When you feel Her strongly with you, focus on the question or situation for which you need information, guidance or inspiration from Her. Note: The Oracle does not answer yes/no questions.
